Product Description
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted from the white kernel of organically grown fresh coconuts. The kernel is dried and then cold pressed to separate the oil which is then micro-filtered to produce pure and unrefined coconut oil. The entire process does not use any chemical or bleaching treatment. Instead, this innovative method retains the nutritional value of coconuts while also producing an oil of better clarity, aroma.
INTENDED USE
Extra Virgin Coconut oil is used for cooking, eating, dressings, frying and baking, direct consumption. Also it can be used in production of margarine, fat products and manufacturing of pastry.
Also suitable for: Applying on hair and skin, Cosmetic production.
PROCESSING
Virgin Coconut Oil is obtained by mechanical cold pressing process without subjecting it into any chemical changes by applying mid heat treatment not exceeding 50 Celsius which have been purified by physical process such as filtration.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
- Color((1” cell) 5R+Y): Colourless/Clear liquid.
- Odor: Free from rancid odor.
- Taste: Free from rancid taste
- Texture: Typical physical characteristic of coconut oil be free adulterants, water, visible sediments, adding colouring and flavouring substances, extraneous matter and chemicals.

- bulk: IBC tote (~900kg) with heating pad.
