The raw material for anhydrous milk fat (AMF) production is unsalted butter obtained from not acidified cream or from 40% fat pasteurized cream. Anhydrous milk fat is obtained by extracting water and non-fat components from milk.
Cooking fat, pure butter perfect for baking (at very high temperatures), stewing and frying. Can be added to sauces, soups, porridges.
